The first entry in the MERKUR UK Slots Academy Delta Leadership Program have graduated with their final assignment comprising a business presentation to members of the senior management team including General Manager Sascha Blodau.
Launched in March 2024 the Academy recruited 14 of the company’s most talented emerging leaders who participated in a 45-week program of hands-on learning, including personal and professional development conducted by a leading training consultancy.
Reflecting on the Leadership Program, Sascha Blodau said: “The Slots Academy is about investing in MERKUR’s business leaders of the future and all of the feedback from tutors, participants, colleagues and customers has been incredibly positive.
“As well as equipping talented colleagues with the skill-sets required to fulfil their potential it was very important to me personally to also include a sharp focus on their personal development which has included modules on mindfulness, resilience and the work/life balance.”
