The next-generation of industry leaders are being equipped to go to the very top thanks to the MERKUR Slots Academy Delta Leadership Program.
Curated by international leadership and coaching specialists Nowlan Associates, the 45-week Academy course provides 15 members of the MERKUR UK team with a unique opportunity to develop their skills at an accelerated pace.
Each of the three Academy rounds consist of five full-day workshops, 1:1 coaching, weekly challenges and small-group learning experiences.
Round 2 will see the Academy intake work through a series of real-life business challenges in the process providing them with a toolbox of leadership and problem-solving skills.

Round 2 of the Academy runs September to November 2024 with Round 3 taking place March to May 2025.
